AENIB predicts a year characterized by worsening of stock problems and price increases for the Balearic nautical sector but expects to reap the benefits of their talks with the governmental authorities.

AENIB, in collaboration with the Balearic Employment Services (SOIB) have presented a platform that will serve to raise awareness of the industry among young people, as well as inform them about specialized training in the sector.

Recently the employment services (Servei d'Ocupació de les Illes Balears -SOIB), in collaboration with AENIB, ANEN and the Balearic Marine Cluster, created a branch office specializing in job vacancies in the nautical sector.

A total of 14 nautical schools based in the Islands are finalizing the launch of the Association of Nautical Schools in the Balearic Islands.
